Octagonal Dish. Chamberlain, Thomas, London (possibly). Octagonal with an oval depression in the middle. The rim is engraved with the arms of David Garrick. This dish was part of a service which belonged to David Garrick (1717-1779) the celebrated actor, and from 1747, manager of Drury Lane Theatre. Pewter, engraved, circa 1750-1775. English.
