New Hall coffee can with bat printed rural scene

An image of Coffee can. New Hall Porcelain Factory, Staffordshire, New Hall.  On one side there is a rural scene with a cow, and on the other, a landscape featuring two smoking kilns on a promontory or island in lake. Pattern 984. Cylindrical with an oval ring handle, and recessed base. The exterior is decorated on the side nearest to the holder with on the left, a landscape which has rocks and a tree on the left, and further to the right, two smoking kilns on a promontory or island in a lake with a small sailing boat beside it. Overhead there is a large cloud. On the other side there is a landscape with low bushes in the background, a cottage beside a tree, a recumbent cow, and two standing cows in the foreground. There are gold bands round the lower edge, the rim, and inside the cup about 1 cm down from the top, and formal leaves down the back of the handle. Bone-china, lead-glazed, bat-printed in pale brown, and gilded, height, whole, 6.2 cm, width, whole, 8.5 cm, diameter, whole, 6.7 cm, circa 1812-1820.
