Two handled bowl. Pale celadon jade, carved in relief in the centre of the interior with a medallion of lotus flowers with a long ribbed leaf and the exterior with peonies. The central floral design was possibly influenced by Moghul objects. A pair of loop handles formed by moths to the rim bearing loose rings. Nephrite, height, 5, cm, length, 20.7, cm, diameter, 15.1, cm, 1800-1900. Chinese.
