Woodcut; colour printing, with blind embossing (karazuri), burnishing (shômenzuri) and mica (kirazuri). 1883. Acquisition Credit: Purchased from the Rylands Fund with a contribution from the National Art Collections Fund. Notes: While suffering from a fever, Taira no Kiyomori is confronted by a vision of hell and the ghosts of his victims.
