Hooghe, Romeyn de (Dutch, 1645-1708). Etching, letterpress, colour printing (parts of the text). Black carbon ink on paper, height, sheet, 681 mm, width, sheet, 476 mm, 1675. Production Note: The almanach has been printed in black and red from letterpress on a slip of paper and pasted on the blank central lower part of the plate; below, on another slip with letterpress explanation of the allegory ('Uytlegging van't Sinnebeeldt') and the address of the publisher, Hendrick en Dirck Boom.
