ciborium and cover silver-gilt: set with enamelled silver bosses, the domed cover with finial of a bishop Silver-gilt; the stepped circular foot is engraved with four cartouches of scrolls each set with a silver boss enamelled in blue. Between each boss is a pair of moulded ribs. The stem comprises a series of spools and knops, set with two borders of bosses. The top half of the U-shaped cup is undecorated. Beneath an applied girdle the cup is set with four bosses between applied ribs to match the foot. The circular cover stepped with a high central dome which is decorated with bosses and ribs to match the cup. The top is surmounted by the cast figure of a bishop.
