Chocolate Pot. Unknown Staffordshire factory. Pear shaped body with projecting lip, and reeded loop handle, the domed lid having a smaller second lid fitting into an opening in the top. On the base, an imitation Chinese seal mark. Red dry-bodied stoneware, thrown and turned, height, whole, 21.5 cm, circa 1760.
