object type: Feather fan with brown striated feathers: the front decorated with painted birds, flowers and foliage; the reverse with three rows of flowers and foliage.  The lower sticks and guards are ivory, decorated in gold or gilt relief on the tops of the sticks and guards. The guards are also carved, with a dragon and a figure under a pine tree.
