The lady sits with her left leg slightly advance, holding on her lap with both hands, a white cat with brown patches and spots, whose head is pointing towards the viewer's right. She has greyish-brown hair, pink cheeks, and black pupils. She wears a ruffle round her neck, a white chemise, a pink open robe with gold lacing across the front, pale yellow sleeve ruffles, and a pale yellow sack back. Her petticoat is pale green with scattered purple and green floral motifs, and a white and yellow flounce across the bottom. Her shoes are black.
