The exterior is unglazed apart from the rim, Its surface is covered with diagonal striations, and there are nine patch marks on the base. the tray is almost square with a flat base, sloping sides, and applied rounded rim, with two ribbed handles applied on opposing sides. The interior is unevenly streaked in reddish-brown and has fifteen, spaced impressions filled with bluish-grey glaze, and four oval bare patches.
