object type: Fruit wood; the fig-shaped bowl is carved in the front at the join with the handle with a shell; the back is carved with an ornate auricular heel.  The slender handle is carved with a row of beads, and broadens towards the terminal where it is richly carved with a series of grostesques and a bust.  A hole is drilled through the handle on the sides just below the terminal.
