object type: Bone china, slip-cast, with clear and pale yellow glazes, painted (probably) in royal blue and yellow enamels, and gilt. Urn-shaped with shallow incurved shoulder with projecting lip, and harp-shaped handle, standing on a low foot. The exterior has pale yellow glaze, and is decorated below the shoulder with royal blue, yellow and gold geometrical-cum-star motifs. There are gold bands round the rim, shoulder and foot, and the back of the handle is gilded.
