The globular pot has a short cylindrical neck, a crabstock handle and spout, and stands on three paw feet. There are four holes surrounding a smaller hole in the wall of the pot behind the spout. The domed cover has a narrow flange, a ventilation hole, and a knob in the shape of a bird with outstretched wings.
