Slide plate pierced and chased, silver regulation dial with radial Arabic figures 1 to 6. Pierced fusee iron post, polished steel case bolt/spring with vertical pierced foot. Potance with moulding at end of foot, screwed to plate. Rectangular counter-potance riveted to plate. Worm and wheel set-up under barrel. Pillar plate with four square baluster pillars. Under dial stamped 'D', and scratched 'I Jurn' (?) next to the hinge. Fusee and chain, barrel with one lip, tangent set-up under barrel. Verge escapement. Train planted anti-clockwise. BRASS EDGE: Gilt, brass, three feet, plate side scratched '5'. DIAL: White enamel on copper with counter enamel, three feet. Radial Arabic 5 minute figures, dotted minute ring, radial Roman chapters, plain centre. HANDS: Blued steel, beetle and poker. INNER CASE: Plain silver. Inside body is a London hallmark 1780, case maker's mark 'IT' with pellet between in rectangular cameo. Cylindrical pendant with brass stirrup bow. OUTER CASE (A): Plain silver, no marks, three watch papers. WATCHPAPERS: (B): Black on red 'E.
