object type: Buff earthenware, moulded, tin-glazed bluish-white, and painted in blue. Circular with a narriw steeply sloping rim, curved sides and flat base. (Archer's Shape) The middle is painted with a heron-like bird standing between flowering plants. The rim is divided into fourteen compartments by lines, each containing a trefoil leaf flanked by smaller leaves. There are three peg marks on the reverse.
