object type: Brass garden or bath tap.  Central, detachable spigot in the form of a vertical scroll, flanked by taps with finials in the shape of stylized carnations or fans, fed by two pipes extending horizontally behind them.  The taps are attached to the central portion by horizontal scrolls.
