It has a circular foot with a raised rib on the outer edge, rising into a bell shape in the centre, with a baluster steam, and a nozzle with a swelling at the base. The nozzle and the two knops in the stem are decorated with floriated scrolls, the intermediate swellings have upward and downward pointing leaves. The bell shaped centre of the foot is decorated with swags of flowers and foliage, and it is surrounded by radiating leaves.
