The well rounded sides flare towards the rim, resting on a low tapered foot, encircled by gilt and iron-red borders. The exterior has a broad band of composite floral meander, the puce, iron-red and blue blooms are borne on an undulating iron-red stem amongst numerous bright green leaves, edged in black. There is a spearhead like border in iron-red and gilding pendent from the rim. The interior is glazed in white.
