The jug stands on a flat, circular foot with a pontil mark in the centre. It has a bulbous lower part, a tall slender neck and a projecting lip. The applied loop handle is thicker at the top than at the lower end, which has a tooled double kick. The whole body is decorated with loops of opaque white enamel over which are wavy blue sloping horizontal bands of translucent blue enamel.
