A printed verse below: "So my poor fellow, is it thus you dine - A penny BUSTER and a glass of water - / That you on a Sunday in a four-and-nine / May strut - to every one a theme for laughter.". A 'penny buster' was a small loaf or bun costing one penny and a 'four-and-nine' was a cheap type of hat.
