An inner border of lithographed and stencilled leaves and tendrils with applied cut-paper and handcoloured passion flowers and convolvulus. A central border of lace-paper with additional hand-colouring in gold and red paint, which surrounds a panel of white silk with applied cut-paper, hand-coloured pink rose and stencilled leaves, tendrils and flowers. 'ADDENBROOKE' stamped at lower left of the central panel. The interior is blank.
