object type: Blue, red and off-white corrugated papers layered to form a thick band of blue curled into an annulus which is open to one side. The inner surface is lined with a single layer of red. To the right of the opening alternate ends are finished with a short length of white, each end finishing further away from the opening, giving a striped finish with the appearance of a chamfered edge. On the back a long steel pin attached at two points.
