The King exclaims: 'Dam - it didn't / you tell me you would / not touch the Crown'. Behind this pair are Brougham (Henry Peter Brougham, cr. Baron Brougham and Vaux in 1830) and the Duke of Wellington. Other recognisable figures in the background are: Henry Hunt and Daniel O'Connell, who are cheering the procession on, O'Connell saying: 'Go it my boys we shall soon / have it our own way.'.
