Repeat carnation border enclosing at the top two upper case alphabiets and a double lower case alphabet, two sets of numerals 1-5. A horizontal repeat band of flower heads encloses the inscription: 
"Go like your Heavenly Father, feed the poor/Carry comfort to the sick mans door/Pity the widow, be the orphans friend/And if you cannot give them, freely lend" 

From a hymn and included, at least as early as 1789,  in "Sermons to Children" by Rebecca Wilkinson. It was also included in  "The Pocket Prayer Book" pub.1800, and by The American Tract Society. 
Rebecca Wilkinson , a Baptist, was born in Dublin but moved to London. Am authur and philanthropist she was a friend of Wm. Wilberforce & Joseph Hughes, secretary to the Religious Tract Society, the British 7 Foreign Bible Sov.

Emma Piggott was also a Baptist, born  29th Oct. 1815 at Stopsley, nr. Luton, Bedfordshire, to Francis and Elizabeth. She was the 7th of 10 children.
It is probable that she married Peter Wootten about 1841.
