object type: Figure. Orange terracotta. She kneels on her left knee, her right foot on the base and right knee bent; her right hand rests on her right thigh and her left arm hangs down with the hand resting behind her left hip. Her hair is dressed in a coiled bun at the back of her head. A length of fabric is draped around her below her hips at the front and her buttocks at the back, where it is held in her left hand. The shallow base is approximately oval.
