The tea cup is circular with rounded sides standing on a footring, with intertwined double twig handle with leaf terminals. The saucer is circular with shallow rounded sides and a low footring. The apple-green ground of the tea cup is edged with gilt rococo scrollwork, the sides painted with a large and a smaller cluster of spotted peaches, cherries, grapes and rosehips, flanked by two insects and two leaf sprigs.
