The oval sauceboat has rounded sides, moulded with 'pleats' and scroll-edged panels. With pinched lip spout, handle with scroll thumbpiece and domed oval foot. Painted with two panels of birds and a small medallion enclosing a rose, in reserve on the pale yellow ground. The rim and spout with flowers.
