object type: Soft-paste porcelain coffee cup, painted in red, green, lilac and pink onglaze enamels. The circular cup has tall rounded sides, and S-scroll handle, with kick terminal, and is supported on a wedge-shaped footring. It is painted with an oval scroll-edged cartouche enclosing a large spray, and smaller sprays and sprigs of flowers, the rim is banded on the interior with a serrated misfired green border.
