The figure is supported on a high base with a scrolled edge pierced by five kidney-shaped holes at the front, and rising into a mound with a tree stump at the back, pierced by a rectangular hole for an attachment. The top of the front is decorated with three small flowers and foliage, and with two larger flowers and leaves. The lady stands on her right foot with her left foot behind her and to the side. She turns her head to her right and holds out her right arm in front of her, and with her left holds up her dress. She wears a small blue hat with a pink underside, white ribbon on top, and a gold edge; a white chemise, a yellow sack back robe, over a blue bodice with a yellow stomacher, ruffles at the sleeves, a flounced petticoat decorated with gold foliage in pink reserves with turquoise outlines, and with gold horizontal lines.
