object type: Gold, enamel, paste crystal, gold foil. Plain gold hoop. Shoulders decorated with a panel of foliate scrolls reserved on a ground of black enamel, now almost lost. Oval bezel containing in scallop decorated setting, under faceted paste, a portrait of William III in embossed gold foil. Surrounding this portrait a border of looped wire. Sides of bezel ornamented with flutings with black enamel and white dots.
