DESCRIPTIVE DATA

object type: Earthenware. The interior is lead-glazed brownish-yellow; the exterior is covered with a translucent whitish glaze. Painted in manganese and pale bluish-green underglaze.
Shape 5. Slender ovoid body expanding towards the base which is concave underneath, short neck with spout and most of the rim restored, and loop handle of almost circular section.
On the body, there are three lobed leaves on curved stalks reserved in a green ground with two horizontal manganese bands below; on the neck, two manganese bands with interlaced arcading filled with green above, and on the handle, four green stripes alternate with three groups of three manganese.
