Painted in blue, dark green, brownish-orange, and a little white. Shape externally approximately 60 with hemispherical well. In the middle, within narrow concentric blue circles, is a bust of a man in profile to left. He wears an orange cap and a blue and white striped doublet with brownish-orange sleeves; the background is green, shading to blue near the bust. On the rim there is a yellow rod entwined by two green ribbons forming a chain, with blue dots and tendrils in the background. The inner and outer edges have a narrow border of orange squares with four blue strokes in each.
