DESCRIPTIVE DATA
----------------
object type: sa-sign (no.57)
object type: Flat carved representation of the Tyet symbol (knot of Isis), painted in red, yellow, blue, and white. This object bears a 'glossy' surface near the top, however this would have originally covered the entire surface of the object. Loss of paint is visible across the surface of the object. There is damage to the edge of the object on the right side, where a portion of it is lost. On the back of the knot, the wood appears to be mostly coated in a yellow pigment.
