The globular pot has a crabstock handle and spout, with four holes behind it, and an almost flat circular cover with a bent crabstock twig forming the knob. The body, including the base, is covered with a dark geen ground closely scattered with black ermine marks or arrow heads. On each side reserved in this is a horizontal stalk bearing a large pink rose flanked by two leaves and three leaves, all painted in yellow, pink, and green with black outlines and veins. The cover is decorated to match with a pink bud and one leaf.
