object type: Earthenware, tin-glazed greyish-white on the interior and exterior; base unglazed. The glaze is thinly applied on the interior particularly near the rim. Painted in greyish-blue, dark green, pale green, yellow, orange, brown, and manganese. Wide-mouthed, slightly waisted albarello.
On the front there is a vertical panel containing a dromedary standing in profile to left beside a tree. On each side there is a yellow line between narrower brown and similar lines run round the jar above and below. The yellow band at the bottom is inscribed `Camello' in brown. The back is inscribed in manganese, `P.B.' underlined over `1760' underlined.
