Constructed in the form of two hollow books with an opening at the top of one of them. There are two interconnecting holes between the two books and a small hole in the upper corner of one outer cover. The outer covers are decorated with a lozenge enclosing two fleur-de-lys on either side of three vertical lines. In the corners outside the lozenges there are stylized leaves.
