Circular with steeply sloping rim and deep curved sides, standing on a wide, shallow footring. The inside is decorated with a man mounted on a horse cantering to the left towards a fence, with greensward in the foreground, and a blue shrub on the viewer's right. The cavalier wears a plumed hat, a sash which streams out behind him, and top boots with spurs. He holds the reigns in his right hand and a baton in his left. The outer edge is encircled by a broad yellow band and short blue dashes.
