A: Shape: fragment of a bowl comprising part of rounded lower body standing on a tall, straight-sided foot ring Interior: green glaze over a cream slip with one splash of brown pigment, the base decorated with an incised ostrich-like bird in profile, with a long neck (the head missing), rounded body stippled with incised dots and short lines, raised wings with parallel feathers and part of tailfeathers Exterior: over a cream slip, undecorated green glaze runs over and on the inside of the foot ring with two splashes of yellow on the body B: Shape: fragment of a bowl comprising part of rounded lower body standing on a tall, straight-sided foot ring Interior: cream slip incised under a green glaze, depicting a roundel with two brown swords either side a central brown block.
