Circular with a sloping rim and wide well, standing on a footring pierced by two correctly placed suspension holes. In the well, a man in contemporary costume strides to the left. He wears a high crowned hat with a feather at the back, a doublet, trunk-hose and shoes. He has a sword at his side and carries a shield on his left arm. His right arm is extended in front. In the background there are hummocks and small plants. The rim is divided by lanceolate leaves between radial lines into compartments containing alternately blue and orange scale pattern, and polychrome stylised plants in an orange ground.
