Circular with eight slanting lobes on the everted rim and deep sides, standing on a footring. In the middle is a half-figure of William III wearing a crown, a wig, and armour, with the initials KW above, and on either side a tulip on a spray of leaves extending up the sides. On the sides below, there are three leaf sprigs, and above , two draped curtains with two tassels suspended between them over the King's head. Round the rim there is a border of Chinese scroll-foliage and a wide blue band.
