object type: Pale buff earthenware, moulded, tin-glazed bluish-white, and painted in blue, green, yellow, and red. The figure is supported on a circular straight-sided green mound base with a blue and yellow tree stump at the back. Apollo stands in front of it with his right leg slightly advanced.  He holds a green wreath in his left hand and has his right bent at the elbow. He has yellow hair and is nude except for a strategically-placed red scarf. The contours of his body are shaded in blue.
