Circular with a very steeply sloping rim and curved well. The dish is thickly potted and heavy for its size. In the middle is a crudely trailed bewigged man's head with stylized tulips and leaves above and to right and left. On the rim there are nine formal tulips flanked by leaves all pointing outwards.
