object type: Glazed hard-paste porcelain, moulded, and glazed, including the underside. The figure stands on an irregularly shaped low base with a C scroll on one side at the front. Venus stands on her left leg with righta little behind it with relaxed knee. She leans back and to her right holding up her drape in her left arm beside her head and holding it out to her left with her right arm. A part of the drape is wrapped over her right upper arm, and the main part falls down to the ground behind her.
