object type: Pale buff earthenware, tin-glazed and painted in dull dark blue; on the reverse the glaze appears pinkish-grey. The fragment is slightly concave and has a circular footring on the back. The decoration comprises a circular medallion enclosing a daisy-like flower, surrounded by two concentric circles, a space, another circle, and part of a border of stylized foliage on coiling stems.
