The lady stands facing front. Her hair is drawn back from her forehead into a low chignon at the back, and she has dark brown slip eyes. She wears a patterned skirt, and a bodice with wide ruffled sleeves, paniers and a short sack back (a pet-en-lair), Its frilled neckline is extremely décoletté, and shows the dark brown nipples of her breasts. The stomacher has criss-cross lacing. Her hands rest on the front of the paniers.
