object type: White salt-glazed stoneware with a little brown slip for the eyes and ear (one missing); press-moulded and hollow underneath. The lamb reclines on a rocky base in profile to viewer's left with her right leg extended and her head turned towards the viewer. The lamb lies beside her facing in the opposite direction with its head against her flank.
