object type: Tin-glazed earthenware painted in manganese-purple outlines, blue and yellow. Circular with a slanting, slightly curved sides, and flat centre. There are three spur marks on the base.  In the middle is a medallion  enclosing St Peter standing holding two keys and a book, with a church to the right, and a cock to the left; below, the name and date:  'Pierre Seez 1734' in mnganese-purple. The medallions is framed by two concentric circles, and trefoils in a zig-zag line. Below the rim there is a border of six panels of two different trellis patterns interruped by six oval panels containing half a flower
