Almost square with cut lower corners and a rectangular, scrolled protrusion at the top, with lateral rings and a hole for suspension. A half-length figure of the Virgin holding the Christ Child in her arms, with below, a pedestal inscribed 'AVE.REGINA CELORVM' (Hail Queen of the Heavens), and above, seven angels, of whom two hold a crown over her head and four blow trumpets. St Roch stands on the right hand and St Sebastian on the left.
