Sectional elevations

Scope note

Use for orthographic drawings that show a structure as partly an exterior elevation and partly an interior elevation. If only a small portion of exterior is taken away, use "broken-out sections." For smaller, symmetrical objects shown as half exterior and half interior, use "half sections."
