Double festoons

Scope note

Curtains, often in pairs, made of straight pieces of cloth with rings and cords running diagonally on the back of each from bottom center to outer top. When the cords are pulled, the cloth is gathered up and to the side in two swags, with points or tails hanging down to either side.
